Gourou, mot indien qui veut dire maître, instituteur, désigne spécialement tantôt Bouddha, tantôt Ganesha. - Dans la religion des Sikhs, il désigne le chef spirituel de la confédération, et se joint au nom propre. Les plus célèbres Gourous des Sikhs ont été : Nanek, qui porta le premier ce titre, et Govinda. |
